Whether we’re working on your residential, commercial, agricultural, or sporting ground project these machines can handle the task.
The adjustable heavy-duty notched disks and spring steel S-tines with either chisel plow tips or cultivator shovels give us perfectly tilled soil to plant your seed selections. Once we have prepared the seedbed, a flip of a switch from the tractor seat engages the Versa Seeder™ delivery system.
This narrow width profile drop-seeder allows us to prep and seed down very restrictive areas to include wooded areas for our sportsmen placing food plots near their favorite tree stands and blinds. No job is too big or too small for this extremely versatile seeder.
Simply put, our new Frontier Food Plot Seeder gets the job done faster and more efficiently where 100% seed coverage is desired.
Our Kasco Versa-Drill offers “Walking Beam” engineering. This unique design allows the drill to follow the terrain, even under the most uneven, rocky, no-till conditions. The Versa-Drill utilizes the proven Kasco Seed Metering System to handle a wide variety of seed sizes and types. The narrow 48” wide profile of the KVGT 489 affords our operator’s the flexibility of working in much tighter spaces than conventionally sized equipment which comes in very handy in cropland waterway, timberland, and terrace projects in particular.
This machine is a true “No-Till Drill” and ensures better placement of expensive seed, rather than scattered on top of the seed bed area like many conventional drop seeders. The result is Less Seed Waste and Better Germination because this unit is “Ground Driven”. The rugged design is durable enough for use in all No-Till Conditions and all the Ground-Engaging Components are rolling; there are no shanks to Drag Field Residue Trash as this machine moves over the soil. The Kasco Unique Seed-Metering System allows the Main Seed Box to handle a wide variety of seed sizes and the optional Legume Box allows two different sized seeds to be drilled at the same time and it can also handle native grasses.
